At Bossdom, we are committed to delivering premium-quality corporate jackets. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Customized Orders

All customized orders, including jackets with embroidered logos, printed designs, names, or any personalized modifications, are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable.

Once the following have been confirmed:

• Jacket style and specifications

• Logo design and placement

• Fabric quality

• Order details

• Down payment

the order will immediately proceed to production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Plain Jackets

Plain jackets may be eligible for replacement only if the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect. Requests must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution.
