Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Prices may change without prior notice.
Customized Orders
Customized jackets require approval of the following before production:
- Jacket style
- Size breakdown
- Logo design
- Logo placement
- Quantity
- Fabric selection
Once these details have been confirmed and the required down payment has been received, the order will proceed to production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Payment
Orders will only be processed after the required payment or down payment has been confirmed.
Production & Delivery
Production time depends on the order quantity and approved design. Delivery schedules may vary depending on courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.
Product Colors
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography and differences in screen displays.
Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logo, artwork, or design submitted for customization. Bossdom is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.
Limitation of Liability
Bossdom shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
